It's "Par-TEE" time for these Edmond residents

Golf, greens and a funeral home? If you're thinking there's an odd one out here, you are mistaken. Baggerly Funeral Home, in association with Dignity Memorial, came together with the Golf Club of Edmond, Mercy Hospital and A Better Bloom to host a golf tournament titled the, "Cinco de Mayo Cup," benefitting the Edmond Chamber of Commerce.

This isn't the first "round" for Baggerly - they've been sponsoring the giveaway booth for three years. Baggerly gave out some serious "swag" at the Cinco de Mayo celebration! They handed out everything from cookies and desserts to tee-shirts (we all know everyone loves a free tee!).

The day long event was a success, with tee-off at 9 a.m. and closing at 5 p.m. there was a great turnout, with a serious festive vibe in the air. All of the teams and sponsorships sold out for this year, meaning this fundraiser was a "hole-in-one" for the Edmond Chamber of Commerce.

Being a local business, Baggerly is all about giving back to the community and promoting the quality of life in Edmond. Baggerly has been around since 1907 and is an integral part of the Edmond community. Seeing the Chamber of Commerce grow, means seeing the town of Edmond grow. And that, calls "fore" a celebration!
